Who regulates Alium Medical?

Alium Medical is regulated and licensed by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) in the UK.

What are your Opening times?

Our Customer Service team are available Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm.

What is your cut off time?

Our cut off time for next day delivery of stock line orders is 5pm. Orders for tariff/special lines have a cut off time of 4.30pm to ensure next day delivery. You will be informed of any exceptions to this.

What delivery services do you offer?

Free next day delivery* is standard for stock line orders placed before 5pm. Same day and Saturday deliveries are available, pricing for these services will be quoted upon request. Exceptions may apply. We will inform you of any exceptions as and when they arise.

I am a new customer how do I order?

You will need to complete one of our account application forms. New accounts will usually be opened the same day that we receive the completed form.

How do I place an order?

To place an order we will require a signed copy of our order form. The completed form can be either emailed to us at orders@aliummedical.com or faxed to us on +44 (0)20 8238 6786. Click here to download an order form

How do I find out if you have a product in stock?

Alium Medical holds hundreds of stock lines available for next day delivery. If you have a product enquiry please call our Customer Service team 0208 238 6770 or email enquiries@aliummedical.com.

How long does it take to source a product?

We can source most UK Special Products within 48 hours. If you would like us to source a Non UK line, we will need to apply for the necessary MHRA permissions - lead times can therefore vary. Please call the Customer Service team on +44 (0)208 238 6770 should you have any sourcing queries.

What documentation is provided with your products?

We provide Certificates of Analysis / Conformity where available. Many of our products are over labelled in English and we translate a large number of Patient Information Leaflets / Summary of Product Characteristic sheets. Please speak to our Customer Service team on +44 (0)208 238 6770 who will be able to advise on the availability of documentation for individual products.

Do you have a medical information service?

An in-house Pharmacist is available to assist with any medical information enquiries you may have.

Can I send you my prescription?

We can only dispense medication if you have a valid UK Private Prescription. You will need to post the original Prescription to us. We will then call you to arrange payment and next day delivery.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Pro-forma invoices require payment before goods are despatched. Payment can be made via a bank transfer, cheque or payment with debit / credit card.
